About Orbinth
We help organizations in Thailand navigate artificial intelligence implementation with honesty, clarity, and practical expertise.
Return HomeOur Story
Orbinth was founded in January 2021 by a small team of technologists and educators who recognized a growing disconnect in how artificial intelligence was being discussed and implemented in Thailand. While AI enthusiasm was abundant, we observed organizations making significant commitments to AI initiatives without adequate understanding of what they were adopting, why it might be appropriate for their context, or how to evaluate success.
Our founding principle was straightforward: organizations deserve honest guidance when considering AI adoption. This means acknowledging when AI might not be the right solution, being transparent about implementation complexity and timelines, and prioritizing knowledge transfer so that organizations develop their own AI literacy rather than becoming dependent on consultants.
We chose the name Orbinth deliberately. In cartography, contour lines help navigate terrain by representing elevation and topography. Similarly, we help organizations navigate the landscape of AI implementation by providing clear markers of where they are, where they might go, and what the journey between those points actually entails. We work primarily with organizations in Thailand because we understand the local business environment, educational context, and regulatory landscape.
Since our founding, we've worked with educational institutions ranging from international schools to vocational training centers, as well as businesses in sectors including healthcare administration, financial services, manufacturing, and professional services. Each engagement has reinforced our belief that successful AI implementation requires careful consideration of organizational readiness, clear alignment with actual business needs, and realistic timelines that account for the learning curve involved.
Our mission remains focused: help organizations make informed decisions about AI adoption, implement solutions that genuinely serve their needs, and build their own capability so they can continue developing AI literacy and application independently. We measure our success not by how many AI systems we deploy, but by how well our clients understand what they've adopted and why it serves their specific purposes.

Our Commitment
We believe organizations in Thailand deserve AI implementation guidance that prioritizes their genuine needs over technology trends. This means sometimes recommending against AI adoption when simpler solutions would be more appropriate, being honest about implementation complexity and timelines, and ensuring that knowledge stays with the organization rather than residing solely with consultants.
Our work focuses on building organizational AI literacy alongside technical implementation. We want our clients to understand not just what AI systems they're using, but why those specific approaches make sense for their context, how to evaluate their performance, and when to adjust or replace them. This requires patience, clear communication, and a willingness to meet organizations where they are rather than where we might wish them to be.
We measure our success by the degree to which our clients can navigate AI decisions independently after our engagement ends. If an organization feels they need us for every AI-related question or adjustment, we haven't fully served them. Our goal is to leave behind both functional AI systems and teams who understand them well enough to continue developing their AI capabilities on their own terms.
